- Utilize the HDF5 high performance data software library and file format to manage, process, and store your heterogeneous data. HDF5 is built for fast I/O processing and storage.
- Unfortunately, it seems like this particular version of pyMC3 has issues interfacing with the HDF5 library. I have already upgraded to the latest version of HDF5, via: conda install -c anaconda hdf5=1.8.17. But this has not solved the problem.
H5 is an R interface to the HDF5 library under active development. It is available on Github and already released on CRAN for all major platforms (Windows, OS X, Linux). HDF5 is an excellent library and data model to store huge amounts of data in a binary file format. Supporting most major platforms and programming languages it can be used to.
I need a spreadsheet support in Tkinter. To install a module tkintertable available on GitHub, it requires a library called tables which in turn requires HDF5.
For installing HDF5, I downloaded it's file belowhttps://support.hdfgroup.org/ftp/HDF5/releases/hdf5-1.10/hdf5-1.10.1/src/CMake-hdf5-1.10.1.zipfor building it through CMake. After putting it in a folder I ran one of the batch files but it shows the following error:
Install Hdf5 Library Windows 1
. Size of output: 0K[ERROR_MESSAGE] Error(s) when building project
Hdf5 For Windows
[HANDLER_OUTPUT] 1 Compiler errors
1 Compiler warningsTest project …./GUI/CMake-hdf5-1.10.1/build[ERROR_MESSAGE] No tests were found!!!
Would someone mention step by step process to install hdf5 in windows, would appreciate it a lot.
